Case Details

A 59-year-old female patient came to us with concerns following a previous breast surgery. She had undergone implant removal and a breast lift 1.5 years ago due to aging implants and significant discomfort in her left breast. At the time of her consultation, she was unhappy with the deflated appearance of her breasts and the scar tissue on her left side, which caused noticeable indentation. Breast Revision--Subglandular Augmentation with pectoralis muscle transposition and liposuction of anterior axillary folds, lateral chest wall, and bilateral posterior arms. Fat transfer to bilateral breasts using REVOLVE and scar revision to bilateral breasts
