Case 277
Case Details
This 60-year-old career woman came to our office in Austin, Texas to discuss her options for a bilateral breast revision. Previously this patient had several breast procedures starting in the 1980’s, the most recent was in 2015. She was not happy with the appearance of her breasts after her last augmentation and felt they were uneven and not symmetric in regards to her shape.
She met with Dr. Piazza to discuss her goals and desires for this procedure in great detail. After a very thorough evaluation, together they decided it would be best to replace her current implants with smooth round gel implants and place strattice, an internal support to help rebuild her internal pocket and correct the displacement of both breasts and help create more symmetry.
As you can see, this patient achieved a much more symmetric outcome that she is thrilled with. This was an outpatient procedure performed at Stonegate Surgery Center, a fully accredited surgical facility here in Austin.
