Case 249
Case Details
This 42-year-old mother of two came to see Dr. Piazza for revision of a previous breast augmentation. She had her original implants placed in 1995 and increased her breast size from an A to a B cup. She felt after having her children her breasts became more “droopy” and was noticing an obvious difference between her left and right breast. When visiting our Austin practice, she told us she felt her breasts were too small and wanted them larger, higher and more symmetric.
During her consultation, Dr. Piazza discussed switching to a larger smooth, round, silicone gel implant to improve the look of her breasts. By placing a larger implant it would simulate a small breast lift and Dr. Piazza was able to avoid placing additional scars on the breast.
As you can see when you look at her postoperative photographs, her breast now appear fuller, lifted and have a much more symmetric appearance. This patient has maintained her result over time and is quite pleased with the outcome.
