This 31-year-old patient had an interest to increase her breast size in a conservative manner. She felt it was important for her breasts to maintain a natural appearance that would compliment her tall and lean figure. An in-office consultation was set with Dr. Piazza at his Austin, Texas surgery practice where the different types of breast implants where explained, as well as the incision placement that can be used in breast augmentation surgery. The patient and Dr. Piazza built a surgical plan to meet the patient's sizing goals. After five months from her surgery, the patient is pleased with her results as Dr. Piazza gave her the conservative increase to her breasts she had been looking for.
