Case Details

This 57-year-old female was in search of a plastic surgery practice in Austin for breast enhancement so that she could have more symmetric appearing breasts  She had battled with breast asymmetry ever since puberty and complained that the increased size of her right breast caused her shoulder and back discomfort.  She scheduled a consultation to meet with Dr. Piazza and his nurse Hayley to discussion breast enhancement options at his Austin plastic surgery office.

Dr. Piazza spent an hour with her taking the time to discuss all the options associated with breast lift procedures and the use of short-scar breast lift techniques.  After a thorough discussion and examination, Dr. Piazza’s reassured her that he could achieve better symmetry by performing a small reduction in volume and lift of the right breast while performing a lift of the left breast.  He explained that this would be performed as an outpatient day surgery procedure and that she would go home that very same day.

Her breast enhancement surgery was done in a fully accredited hospital surgery center in Austin, Texas. After an adequate recovery period, she was comfortable for her ride home.  She recovered in Austin overnight and spent the weekend relaxing at the coast.  She is excited about the new shape, symmetry and fullness of her breasts.
